Andie Karpiak-Feasel, M.Ed.

Andie enjoys making connections with students, staff, residents, and community leaders across Richland, Ashland, and Crawford counties. With nearly two decades of experience, her background is in teaching and she now gets to continue that role as the Program Coordinator for Mansfield Adult Education.
She sees her team of teachers and staff as integral partners, steering the program through its success and challenges. Transforming the lives of adult learners brings her fulfillment, especially when collaborating with community organizations.
Beyond work, Andie cherishes moments with her family and friends. She, along with her husband has three children. In her leisure time, she takes pleasure in discovering new restaurants, watching live music, or simply unwinding with a movie night at home.
Dee Bell
Dee is passionate about this program. She enjoys being able to contribute to a positive change in the next chapter of a student’s life. As a retired, previous Director of ASPIRE, she now devotes most of her time to her husband of over 50 years, three grown children, and twin grandchildren. Dee loves a good mystery book or movie, and loves eating out with friends and family!

Angie enjoys building relationships with students, seeing what comes next for them, and being one step in their path to success along the way. Outside of the classroom, Angie spends her time with her friends and family, reading, and constantly working on home-improvement projects with her husband, Alex, and their labrador, Miller.

Amy enjoys supporting and encouraging students to achieve their academic advancements. Outside of work, Amy is a licensed Social Worker and licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. She enjoys teaching and mentoring new practitioners to become licensed professionals.
Amanda Doan, BA Ed.

Amanda teaches students GED prep classes online. Also, she helps non-native English speakers improve their reading, writing, and speaking skills through our ESOL program.
Amanda is married with two kids, a dog, four cats, and a flock of chickens. She loves spending time with her family exploring, traveling, eating good food, cooking, being outside, and listening to music. Amanda looks forward to getting to know the students and helping them reach their goals!

Kathy enjoys quality time with her family and friends. She loves spending time outdoors. During the day, Kathy is a Community Health Worker by day for families within the Mansfield City Schools and a teacher by night.

Janet teaches non-native English speakers how to read, write, and speak English more effectively in the evenings at Madison Adult Career Center.
Emily Schwan, BA
Emily is passionate about helping students reach their full potential in their education. During the day, she is the Community Outreach Coordinator at Third Street Family Health Services. When she’s not teaching or attending outreach events, Emily can be found hanging out with her cat Toulouse, crocheting, reading, cooking, playing video games, and/or spending time with her friends and family.

Steve Wilkinson, BA

Steve teachers at Mansfield Adult Education Center (W. 5th), Madison Adult Career Center, and the Community Alternative Center. He is very passionate about helping others better themselves and reach their goals. He enjoys being able to positively impact the lives of others. When he isn’t teaching, Steve is spending time with his two amazing children. He also enjoys watching sports, especially football. O-H!

In her spare time, Kayla enjoys being outside, hiking, gardening, and exploring new places with her family. She loves to travel, and her favorite place to visit is Savannah, Georgia.
